terms of service

Please read my ToS before you request to commission me.

  • All of my commissions are for personal use only. For commercial use, please talk to me through email or discord DM.

  • I have the right to refuse a commission if I feel like I won't be able to fulfill the request.

  • Please note that my style tend to be more in contrast color so if a character has a pastel color, the final result after rendering can change due to rendering (but I will give you updates of it)

  • What you get from commissioning me are PNG files

  • I will start drawing the commission after you agreed and paid the sketch I sent you and after

  • Progress update will be sent through discord DM or email on every stage of the work: sketch, clean sketch/color sketch, fixed color, half render, and render

  • Commission must be paid 50% after the clean sketch approval and 50% after the half rendering.

  • If there is no respond within 48 hrs after I sent you the sketch, your booked slot will be cancelled

  • I will accept a MAX of three revisions until clean/colored sketch stage. Additional revisions will have extra payment depending on the complexity (+- 5$)

  • I will not accept any revisions after the colored sketch stage

  • Illustrated commissions will take around 3 to 4 weeks to finish. I will inform you if it takes longer through email or discord DM so please do not rush me.

  • Payment method for international is through Paypal. For Indonesia can be done through BCA and GoPay

  • I will not accept any refunds unless I am not able to finish your commissions, which I will inform you about it.

  • The finished commission art will be uploaded on my social media with heavy watermarks but notify me in advance if you don't want it to be uploaded!

  • All revisions will be done through DM Discord after you contact me through email!

  • After I accepted the comms request [max of 48 hrs of response], I will give you my personal discord for further discussions.

  • Sketch, revisions, and updates of the progress will also done through discord DM.

  • Payment must be done within 48 hours [through email] or the slot will be cancelled.

  • Please note that don't bombard or rush me for the progress as I also have irl conditions that I can't tell in public.

  • Commissions will be done within 3-4 weeks depending on the complexity. If it exceeds the time, I will give you a notification of it first.
